Dyson DC19 is a cylinder vacuum cleaner with a re-engineered floor tool to
remove more dirt from carpets and hard floors.
DC19′s clear bin – like on every Dyson vacuum – is made of polycarbonate.
The same material as riot shields and bullet-proof glass, it has extremely high impact strength.
The Dyson DC19 is made more for short pile carpet and hard floors, hence the reason it doesn’t have the turbine head.
Root Cyclone technology:

This lives up to what I’d hoped Dyson would deliver.
The suction is superb, and 3 months after moving in to our
new home we still find it’s cleaning really deeply.
It’s great to be able to see what’s in the dust chamber,
with no more concern about whether the bag’s full or not.
Emptying it is a doddle, as it keeping the cleaner clean.
The slim head of the unit is great for getting under divan beds or low furniture.
Definitely a good buy.
- Nothing much, except the storage for the additional tools on the back is not so hot. They get knocked off regularly, so we just store them elsewhere. Otherwise nothing negative to say.
I’m really impressed with this vacuum cleaner. I had my previous Dyson for 15 years so am hoping this will last just as long. It fits together well, has lots of attachments, is light to pull along and, best of all, is a great little sucker….my carpets have never been so clean. I’d recommend the Dyson DC19 cleaner.
